- Contractors: Only when you specifically request to be connected for a quote.
- Partners: If you use an estimator embedded on a partner's site (e.g., a Realtor's page), that partner receives the project details to help them serve you.

AI and Estimation Technology
Our estimators use algorithms and regional data to generate cost estimates. These estimates are for informational purposes only and should not be considered quotes or guarantees. Actual project costs may vary based on specific conditions, contractor availability, and market factors.
Google Calendar Integration
Our platform offers optional Google Calendar integration for registered partners (contractors, real estate agents, and other professionals). This feature requires your explicit authorization through Google's OAuth 2.0 consent process.
When you connect your Google Calendar, we access the following data:
- Calendar events (titles, dates, times, locations, attendees)
- Calendar availability
We use this data to:
- Sync job appointments and site visits between our platform and your Google Calendar
- Display your upcoming schedule within our partner dashboard
- Create calendar events when new appointments are scheduled through our system
We store your OAuth access and refresh tokens securely in our database, encrypted at rest, linked to your partner account. Calendar event data is cached locally to enable dashboard display and sync functionality.
We do not access, read, or store the content of any calendar unrelated to jobs managed through our platform. We do not sell, share, or transfer your Google Calendar data to any third party. We do not use your Calendar data for advertising or profiling.
You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting Google Calendar in your partner dashboard settings, or by removing our app from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection, stored tokens are deleted immediately and cached calendar data is purged within 24 hours.
Our use of Google Calendar data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may:
